I've just started over again doing the belly dancing exercises. It isn't easy after having slacked for sometime. But I am more convinced now that this is the best fitness exercise for me. With my work at home, I'm not able to walk enough to stay fit. I am convinced that belly dancing exercises can substitute for all the physical activities that the body needs to maintain flexibility and strength.
Most people exercise to lose weight but for me its the opposite. I need to gain weight and be more healthy. I couldn't stay on a strict regimen for anything. I bet this belly dancing will work for me, since its not boring. I love dancing and music!
Why not try it too??
