Belly Dancing for Physical Fitness
I've just started over again doing the belly dancing exercises. It isn't easy after having slacked for sometime. But I am more convinced now that this is the best fitness exercise for me. With my work at home, I'm not able to walk enough to stay fit. I am convinced that belly dancing exercises can substitute for all the physical activities that the body needs to maintain flexibility and strength.
Most people exercise to lose weight but for me its the opposite. I need to gain weight and be more healthy. I couldn't stay on a strict regimen for anything. I bet this belly dancing will work for me, since its not boring. I love dancing and music!
Why not try it too??

Keep on belly dancing...

Here's me and my sis, taken before she flew back to the U.K., first week of May.
We have a 17 year gap, but get along quite well. I used to take care of her even when she was a baby (I baby sat for my mother a lot for my younger siblings)...Later, my sis and my other brothers baby sat for me when I had kids ;)
Because of the age gap, its only later in life did we fully enjoy keeping each other's company as sisters.
Lately, she introduced me to belly dancing. So I try to keep her in mind for inspiration whenever I've forgotten to do my exercises ;)
